Shipping Policy
ProPaintball.com strives to ship all orders placed within 1-2 business days from the time an order is placed. All quoted shipping times are estimated and can change at any time, due to any reason without notice. If there are items that are out of stock on the order, ProPaintball.com will attempt to notify the customer and hold the order until all issues are resolved. We reserve the right to change shipping methods if necessary.
ProPaintball.com does not accept CODs (Cash On Delivery). All orders must be paid in full, including shipment, before it can be released. All international clients are responsible for customs fees, taxes, and duties. ProPaintball.com is not liable or responsible for any packages seized or detained by customs. Packages will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise requested. Any and all fees, including but not limited to broker fees and transaction fees, are the responsibility of the customer. ProPaintball.com will not be responsible or liable for the arrangement of shipping if it is not USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).
Shipping Address
For fraud protection purposes, ProPaintball.com requires that all address information match what is on file with your financial institution. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your bank statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. Even if both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address. If we are unable to verify your address within 3 business days, your order will be subject to cancellation.
Shipping Time
Shipping times are only an estimate, they are NOT guaranteed, UNLESS a guaranteed service is selected.
Guaranteed services are:
UPS 3 Day Select (with some exceptions)
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS Next Day Air
Shipping via UPS in the Continental United States and Its Territories
ProPaintball.com is not responsible or liable for any delay in transit times. All shipping times are estimated, unless you have paid for a guaranteed service such as UPS Next Day Air Service, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select Service. Shipping time is defined as the time a package spends in transit from ProPaintball.com to the shipping address. The day the package is shipped does not count as part of the shipping time. For example, if an order is shipped on Monday and the shipping time was quoted at 3 business days, the package is predicted to arrive on Thursday. Shipping times are estimated as follows:
Free Shipping: typically 7-10 business days
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day. Keep in mind that this means, if you choose Next Day Air on a Friday night, it will not get to you until Tuesday of the following week.
Please Note: During a Holiday or rush season, your package may be delayed due to an influx of orders and the ability of the postal carriers. Make sure to order with enough time in advance, as we cannot be held responsible for extended delays due to high volumes or orders.
Shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service)
The United Postal Service offers quick domestic shipping in the continental United States. Please note that Express mail orders are time sensitive, so in order for the estimated time of arrival to be accurate, please be sure to place your order before 2:30PM MST. Their shipping times are as follows:
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days
USPS First Class Parcel: 7-30 business days
Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska
Customers in these areas do NOT qualify for free shipping (7-10 day ground). ProPaintball.com has tried to lower the shipping cost as much as possible. This rate does not include paint (please see below). All packages going to these areas will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested (additional shipping charges may apply). Here are some estimated shipping times:
USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
USPS Express Mail: 2-3 business days
Please Note: These shipping times are NOT guaranteed. Please place your order with ample time in advance to ensure that your package arrives on time. Also, an influx in packages being shipped over a holiday or rush season can impact the time in transit.
APOs and FPOs
APO/FPO addresses do NOT qualify for free shipping (7-10 day ground). ProPaintball.com will ship these packages by USPS (United States Postal Service) mail only. Shipping times may vary depending on the location of the APO/FPO address, please consult USPS (United States Postal Service) or a ProPaintball.com Customer Service Representative for more information.
NOTE: Shipping on any paintballs does NOT qualify for free shipping. If an order qualifies for free shipping but contains paint, the customer will be charged shipping for the paint only, not the entire package. Also, if paint is broken during shipment, please contact ProPaintball.com immediately to get the issue resolved. If no contact is made about broken paint within 30 business days, ProPaintball.com will not be liable for any of the damages.
